The only data we hold is day-to-day contact information so we can communicate with you our customers and business contacts when needed. As long as we still trade and may need contact you we will hold this information for this purpose. Every ten years we will remove details of anyone not contacted in that time. If you would like it removed earlier please let us know though some information relating to accounts and invoices and contract agreements etc… will need to be retained for while there is a legal basis for it.
